Maxine Burke - Director and Principal
Maxine Burke started FUSE Real Estate as a result of spending 30 years in customer service across Australia and New Zealand. During this time she recognised a huge gap in the market place – across many areas of business - which had forgotten the needs of first time purchasers. In an ever-growing society where interest in property and investment has become more prevalent, FUSE Real Estate operates to provide assistance to better inform first timers.
Maxine's experience includes ten years as a trainer within the IT Industry and seven years within the legal fraternity incorporating two years at the Law Society of South Australia. Her role as the State Sales Coordinator for SA Lotteries for two years and working for a period as Sales & Marketing Coordinator for Grosset Wines in the Clare Valley also ensured a constant communication with the needs of customers.
During the course of the last few years, Maxine's involvement has been exclusively within the real estate industry. Combined with her experience in the legal arena, she is very well versed in the new laws and regulations now governing Real Estate Agents. Laws which have been specifically designed by the Government to protect both the property owner and the purchaser.
As one of the original residents of Mawson Lakes, building her home at Shearwater in 2002, Maxine's extensive knowledge of the features and benefits of lifestyle living in Adelaide will prove paramount in her focus and success in selling homes within this exciting and ever changing city.
When she's not in your home or business sharing her knowledge of the real estate sales process, you will find Maxine spending quality time with her beloved Labradors or watching a game of Aussie rules football.
